Appraisal Review Services

Ultum Appraisal Review Specialists have extensive experience providing lenders with thorough analyses of real estate appraisals throughout the United States. We conduct a detailed appraisal review to determine the appraisal meets all lending standards and regulations, including the OCC, NCUA, Inter-Agency Guidelines, FIRREA, and USPAP.

Property Evaluation Services

Our specialists complete evaluations in place of appraisals when applicable per Federal Regulations. Evaluations typically have a lower fee compared to the majority of appraisals.

The Ultum Group Appraisal Review Specialists have extensive knowledge in completing and reviewing evaluations throughout the upper Midwest.
All Evaluations meet Inter-Agency Guidelines, along with NCUA and/or OCC regulations.
We use the most current market data to ensure the value assigned represents a fair market value of the property for lenders to properly manage the transaction’s risk.
